This policy explains how Elysium Hobbies ships orders from our Branson, Missouri facility — what it costs, how long it takes, how we package collectibles, and what happens if any issues arise. If you have questions not covered here, please contact support@elysiumhobbies.shop.
Free Shipping On All Orders
Shipping Cost: $0.00
All orders ship FREE within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. This applies to all orders, from single common cards to sealed booster boxes, regardless of total price.
Where We Ship From
Every order ships from our facility in Branson, Missouri, with direct access to major shipping hubs for USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Where We Ship To
Elysium Hobbies ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Handling Time
Handling Time: 3 Business Days
Once you place your order, Elysium Hobbies has up to 3 business days to process and ship it. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
During the handling period, we:
- Receive and queue your order
- Physically pick the items from inventory
- Re-inspect items before packing
- Verify items match your order and listing photos
- Package items according to their value and fragility
- Generate shipping label and dispatch the package
Transit Time
Transit Time: 3-8 Business Days
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location:
- California and neighboring states: 3-5 business days
- Western and Mountain states: 4-6 business days
- Midwest: 5-7 business days
- East Coast: 6-8 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 7-10 business days
Total Delivery Window

This is the full timeline from order placement to delivery: 3 business days handling + 3-8 business days transit. Most orders fall within this window.
Shipping Carriers
Elysium Hobbies uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order depends on weight, value, destination, and current carrier service in our area.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, we email you the tracking number with a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Insurance
All orders $100 or more are automatically insured at no additional cost. Insurance covers loss and damage during transit.

- Each card individually sleeved and top-loaded

- Bubble wrap or air pillows
- Sturdy outer box
Graded Cards
- Slab wrapped in bubble wrap
- Rigid cardboard insert
- Sturdy outer box with padding
- Fragile labels applied
High-Value Orders ($100+)
- All standard protection plus foam padding
- Tamper-evident tape on packaging
- Signature confirmation required
Sealed Product
- Multiple layers of bubble wrap
- Snug-fitting outer box
- Fragile and Do Not Bend labels
- Re-weighed before shipment
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
- Contact us at support@elysiumhobbies.shop
- Provide your order number
- For damage: include photos of the package exterior and items
- For lost packages: we file a carrier trace
You are never responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Elysium Hobbies files all carrier claims and arranges replacements or refunds.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Once a package ships, we generally cannot reroute it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship. Email support@elysiumhobbies.shop with your order number.
