Our team brings decades of combined experience in the trading card hobby. We approach every aspect of the business — sourcing, authentication, customer service, and shipping — with the care and attention that collectors expect.

How We Work

Authentication Team

Before any product is listed on our website, it goes through our authentication process. Our team inspects cards using magnification equipment, UV lighting, and reference materials. For graded cards, we verify certification numbers against the grading company's official database (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC). For sealed product, we weigh boxes against published factory specifications to confirm they have not been tampered with.

The authentication process is the foundation of our 100% authenticity guarantee. Without it, our promise would be hollow. With it, we can confidently stand behind every product we sell.

Customer Support Team

When you email support@elysiumhobbies.shop, you reach trained team members based in our Branson, Missouri facility. They have access to our inventory system and can answer detailed questions about specific products, condition, grading details, and order status.

We do not outsource customer service. We do not use chatbots that imitate humans. Every response comes from a real team member with knowledge of the trading card hobby.

Shipping & Fulfillment Team

Our shipping team handles every order according to its contents. Single raw cards are sleeved, top-loaded, and shipped in rigid bubble mailers. Multiple raw cards are organized in rigid boxes with bubble wrap. Graded cards are wrapped and shipped in sturdy outer boxes. Sealed product is wrapped and weighed before shipment to verify factory weight.

High-value orders (over $100) include automatic insurance, tamper-evident packaging, and signature confirmation by default.

Inventory & Sourcing Team

Our sourcing team works with authorized distributors, established collectors, and verified suppliers to maintain our inventory. We do not purchase from anonymous sellers. We do not list products we have not physically received and inspected. This disciplined sourcing approach is what makes our authenticity guarantee possible.
